The San Joaquin Partnership’s focus is business attraction, retention and expansion into and throughout San Joaquin County and the seven incorporated cities of Stockton, Lodi, Manteca, Lathrop, Tracy, Ripon and Escalon. Our services, on a non-cost basis, are available to large-scale office and industrial business and industry through direct client contact, site selection consultants, brokers, corporate real estate executive and others, as requested.
