Kosmont Companies (“Kosmont”), certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE), is a nationally recognized real estate, finance, and economic development services firm founded in 1986 by Chairman & CEO Larry J. Kosmont. For nearly four decades, Kosmont has provided advisory and transaction services to hundreds of public agencies and private sector clients, offering a full spectrum of expertise in real estate and financial advisory, market and fiscal analysis, retail navigation, special district analysis and formation (EIFD/CRIA/CRD/CFD), Surplus Land Act (SLA) compliance, negotiation assistance, deal structuring, project finance, and implementation services.

Kosmont also delivers integrated services through two affiliated and independent firms: Kosmont Realty (“KR”), a full-service licensed real estate brokerage (certified MBE), and Kosmont Financial Services (“KFS”), a comprehensive public finance advisory firm registered with the SEC & MSRB (certified MBE). Together, these entities provide clients with seamless solutions that span real estate/land use, finance, brokerage, and economic development.
